Q1

How did you decide to buy it in the first place? What was the pitch you made to yourself?

Transcript

I decided to buy it because I wanted to have a way to keep my iPad like this to watch movies or something, almost like have a stand and plus cover it from scratches. So it made complete sense. It was a product I wanted, just apparently the wrong size.

Q2

Walk me through the last thing you bought that you ended up regretting — even a little.

Transcript

I think the last thing I bought that I regretted a lot was a cover for an iPad Mini that I thought would fit, but it did not.

Q3

Was there a moment, before clicking buy, where you almost stopped? What pulled you back in?

Transcript

Actually, I probably should have checked the specs a bit more, I was a bit fast in, yeah, in buying, because I, yeah, I just got it. So I should have probably spent more time.

Q4

What did you do when the regret kicked in — return it, keep using it, pretend it didn't happen?

Transcript

I did not return it. I couldn't use it because it didn't match. I think it's somewhere in a box, unfortunately, and I tried forgetting about it. Yeah.

Q5

If you could rewind that decision, what's the one thing you'd actually change?

Transcript

If I could rewind the decision, I would check the specs better, if it would actually match with my iPad mini, yeah.
